FIPS-201-2
Allegion has FIPS-201-2 solutions that are either APL listed or integration ready for
use in Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) implementations.
Our open architecture electronic locks, the Schlage AD-402 (wireless) and AD-302 (hardwired), have been designed to meet FIPS 201-2 standards and the Schlage AD-302 is currenlty the only electronic lock available on the APL.
All of our Schlage smart and multi-technology readers have been approved by the U.S. Government under HSPD-12 for FIPS 201-1 and FIPS 201-2 compliance as PIV transparent readers. PIV compliance is now available in five reader models including mullion mount (MT11), single-gang wall mount (MT15), single-gang wall mount with keypad (MTK15), MTMS15-485 multi-technology with magnetic stripe
and MTMSK15-485 multi-technology with magnetic stripe and keypad.
FIPS 201-2 certification is tested and listed in conjunction with a full access control system, including panel, reader or electronic lock, and software components. For a full list of full access control systems that are certified using a Schlage solution please refer to the APL at idmanagement.gov.
