The CHD Game is an immersive tabletop learning experience that simulates running a contract hardware distribution business. Targeted to new hire and early career personnel, this innovative learning tool lets players “live a day in the life” and learn the ins and outs of distribution, and have more effective on-boarding conversations with their managers. With no prior hardware or distribution knowledge required, players have to decide which markets to serve, what projects to focus on, how to balance project throughput with long-term investment, and how to best utilize their limited resources to create a streamlined, efficient project delivery machine to become the most successful distributor in the territory.
