Our employees care about the teachers, staff and students in our communities. We have children, family members, friends and neighbors in K-12 schools and universities around the world. And we’re passionate about keeping them safe.

Driven by values like “do the right thing” and “serve others, not yourself,” we recognize that securing our schools requires the hearts, minds and hands of many. It’s a collective effort, one that takes all of us working together. While we’re proud to design and manufacture high-quality doors and hardware that play an integral role in school safety, we’re even more proud to come alongside K-12 leaders and their teams as partners to help build standards, connect industry players, and develop layered security approaches and related policies.
